Payment of Your Claim


Once the appraisal is completed, the Customer Claims Representative will review the appraisal and make a payment on your behalf.  There are several payment options available.  These will depend on whether or not you have a lien holder or whether you prefer that we pay your shop directly.

If Liberty Mutual pays the shop directly, we can guarantee that you can pick up your vehicle when the repairs are complete.
